Dear Members of the Royal College of Orthopedic Surgeons of Thailand and Fellow Professionals,
On behalf of the organizing committee of the TOTAC Annual Meeting 2025 (in collaboration with the Orthopedic Trauma Section RCOST and Department of Orthopedics, Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital), I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to all of you to the conference, which will take place at the Khao Yai Convention Center (KYCC) in Nakhon Ratchasima from February 19-21, 2025.
This marks the 13th TOTAC Meeting, held in conjunction with the first Asian Orthopedic Trauma Meeting, a prestigious regional international conference featuring renowned international faculties. Additionally, we are celebrating the 40th anniversary of AO Trauma Thailand with a special academic session, honored by the presence of the President of the AO Foundation as a guest speaker. This meeting presents a unique opportunity for us to come together, share knowledge, exchange ideas, and strengthen our professional networks as we aim to advance onto the global stage.
The focus of this year’s conference is on advancing and enhancing orthopedic trauma care, as well as showcasing new techniques and innovations that will improve patient care. I am confident that this meeting will be highly beneficial to all attendees and serve as a platform for collaboration and the creation of new ideas that will continue to elevate the field of orthopedic surgery.

ในนามของคณะกรรมการจัดการประชุม TOTAC ประจำปี 2568 (อนุสาขาการบาดเจ็บทางออร์โธปิดิกส์ฯ ร่วมกับกลุ่มออร์โธปิดิกส์โรงพยายาลมหาราชนครราชสีมา) ข้าพเจ้าขอแสดงความยินดีต้อนรับทุกท่านเข้าสู่การประชุมที่จะจัดขึ้น ณ Khao Yai Convention Center (KYCC) จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ในวันที่ 19-21 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 ครั้งนี้จะเป็นการจัดประชุม TOTAC ครั้งที่ 13 ร่วมกับ Asian Orthopaedic Trauma Meeting ครั้งแรก ซึ่งเป็นการประชุมนานาชาติ ในระดับภูมิภาคที่ได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิระดับนานาชาติ เข้าร่วมหลายท่าน นอกจากนี้ยังมีกิจกรรมทางวิชาการที่สำคัญเนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ 40ปี ของ AO Trauma Thailand โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก President of AO Foundation ร่วมเป็นวิทยากรด้วยเช่นกัน ฉะนั้นในครั้งนี้ถือได้ว่าเป็นโอกาสอันดียิ่งที่เราจะได้มาร่วมแบ่งปันความรู้ แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น และสร้างเครือข่ายในวงการวิชาชีพของเราให้เข้มแข็ง และก้าวสู่เวทีระดับสากลมากยิ่งขึ้น
การประชุมในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นที่การพัฒนา และยกระดับความรู้ด้านการบาดเจ็บทางออร์โธปิดิกส์ พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอเทคนิคและนวัตกรรมใหม่ๆ ที่จะช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดูแลผู้ป่วย ข้าพเจ้าเชื่อว่าการประชุมครั้งนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งต่อทุกท่าน และจะเป็นเวทีที่เปิดโอกาสให้เราได้ร่วมกันสร้างสรรค์สิ่งใหม่ๆ เพื่อพัฒนาวงการแพทย์ออร์โธปิดิกส์ต่อไป

Call for Abstract Submissions: TOTAC 2025
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the upcoming Thai Orthopaedic Trauma Annual Conference (TOTAC 2025), Thailand’s most significant event for orthopaedic trauma specialists, which will be held in the beautiful setting of Khao Yai, Nakhon Ratchasima.
This prestigious annual conference offers an exceptional platform for the dissemination of cutting-edge surgical techniques, practical tips, and expert guidance across all areas of orthopaedic trauma. Experts from across the country will be sharing their knowledge, making TOTAC 2025 an unparalleled opportunity for professional growth and collaboration.
We encourage you to submit your research abstract for this year’s conference. Accepted abstracts will be reviewed through a blind process on our official online scientific platform, ensuring fairness and integrity in the selection process. Your research could be featured in either podium or poster presentations, and it will allow you to contribute to the continued development of orthopaedic trauma care in Thailand.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
- All abstracts must be submitted in English and submitted through https://thaiorthotrauma.com/tots_abstract/
- Character count must not exceed 350 words, including the title, objective, methods, results and conclusion.
- The abstract must contain the following sections; Objective, Method, Results and Conclusion.
- Only one picture (e.g. graph and/or image) can be included in the file.
- To submit the abstract, download the abstract submission form (MS Word file), complete it and upload as PDF file. Do not include the author name and affiliation in the submitted PDF.
- The TOTAC research committee will determine the type of presentation (either podium or poster). The podium presentations will be delivered in research session in TOTAC 2025.
- Abstracts that were accepted for podium or poster presentations at previous TOTAC meeting are not eligible for submission.
- Double submissions are automatically withdrawn.
- If you are unable to attend and find the replacement and fail to notify TOTAC research team, the submit abstract will be disqualified for submission or presentation at the next year’s TOTAC meeting.
- All presenters are required to pay registration fees.
- The abstract will be published in TOTAC research abstract booklet.
